The Chess Drum’s Highlights of 2009!
The year of 2009 has come to a close. We end on the note of knowing that the world crown is unified and there will be a consistent cycle for the foreseeable future. There were a number of bright young stars to emerge from diverse countries. We also have a new #1 player. Lots of exciting chess this year.
