2014 South Sudan Chess Nationals
The South Sudan Africa’s 54th country, is currently having its first ever National Championship. The country is not yet a member of FIDE so its tournament is under the Ugandan auspices. Seventy-two players are listed in this 11-round format with none of the players having a FIDE rating. The country was formed after a secession from Sudan in 2011.
