Team Profile

Familiar faces will return for Trinidad. Cecil Lee a Olympiad veteran will make his return to the 64 squares in Mallorca, Spain. Lee has played in many Olympiad tournaments including the Tripoli, Libya edition in 1976 (see picture). The team will miss the services of Ryan Harper and in his place will seed Bled bronze-medal winner Ravishen Singh on the top board.

NM Christo Cave is the highest-rated "Trini," but has decided to take on board #3. Seeing that practically every country has at least one strong, titled player, Singh will be tested and perhaps he will rise to the occasion and have a chance for an IM norm.
