FM Emory Tate in the Netherlands!

FM Emory Tate is familiar with the Europe terrain having played in a number of tournaments abroad. Tate was in Europe participating in the Windesheim Open Weekender in Zwolle, the Netherlands (March 19th-21st).  Hopefully, Tate will find his niche and receive invitations to larger tournaments.

The tournament had an exciting ending with FM Tate tying with Grandmasters
Friso Nijboer (Netherlands), Murtas Kazhgaleyev (Kazakhstan), Vladimir Georgiev (Ukraine), Harmen Jonkman (Netherlands), all with 5-1. Nijboer was declared the winner on tiebreaks.
